The corporate governance system of CJSC "ZDA mining" is based on the principle of compliance with the law and the requirements of the banking regulator. It meets state standards, ensures the exercise of shareholder rights and allows building effective relationships with all stakeholders.
The system used is an organizational model, which is designed,
on the one hand, to regulate the relationship between company managers and their owners,
on the other hand, to coordinate the goals of various stakeholders, ensuring effective functioning of companies.
It is based on the principle of social interaction: all parties interested in the company`s activities have the right to participate in the decision-making process (shareholders, management, banks, public organizations).
